2.3 Adjoining Properties <br />In addition to the already mentioned remaining portion of this Henderson Aggregate, Ltd. <br />property on the west and the one Albert R. Frei Living Trust property on the south, the <br />Site is adjoined by E-470 on the north, Brighton Road on the east, and the below two <br />properties on the south. <br />Name Adams County Parcel No. <br />S & M Tashiro 0157126101002 <br />D & D Deardorff 0157126201002 <br />The Tashiro property abuts the access road and Brighton Road, and both of these <br />properties abut the south boundary of the Site. These properties will also be subject to <br />minor grading to match the grades and to control drainage water from the Site. Responses from the parties contacted indicate that they are not opposed to <br />the inert filling of the Site. <br />2.5 Site Access <br />• <br />The entrance to the Site will be located to the south of the southern Site's boundary <br />approximately one-quarter mile near the intersection of 132nd and Brighton Road on one <br />of Frei's other properties (Henderson Aggregates, Ltd.). The entrance road is at least 30 <br />feet wide and has already been improved with asphalt aggregate, crushed concrete, rock <br />and/or a suitable recycled aggregate or mined product, and will be maintained with this <br />material as needed during the operation of the facility.
