Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has issued a proposed decision to Withdraw Bond Release Application No. 2 for the <br />Williams Fork Mines. Enclosed is the Division's decision form. The proposed decision will be <br />published in the Craig Daily Press, as soon as possible. Publication of the notice initiates a thirty-day <br />public comment period.
