As you know, we have been <br />working on establishing a new banking relationsj]?j with Wells Fargo and ending the one with <br />First National Bank. This has gone through in the last couple of weeks. I have been informed by <br />Wells Fargo that they will overnight letters of credit to you in 5-7 business days from July 271H <br />In order to comply with the regulations, we are requesting an additional 10 days within which to <br />meet the increased financial warranty. I will contact you next week to make sure you received <br />these. If necessary, Wells Fargo may be contacted by calling Matt Beck at 970.266.7777. He is <br />the gentleman taking care of this for us. <br />Additionally, I have been asked by First National Bank that the State of Colorado return the <br />original letters of credit to them.
