Please establish a point of beginning (POB) for the permit boundary. <br />A: Please see attached revised map <br />2.) Revised Exhibit L <br />A: Please see attached revised Exhibit L concurring with the Divisions <br />Reclamation Estimate. <br />In our previous Response to Questions, we found one discrepancy. We have corrected <br />the information here. <br />19.) Where will the water be obtained for the operation? Please specify the source of the <br />water and provide documentation the water is allowed to be used for this type of <br />operation. <br />A: The well that we will be obtaining water from is located on the Sikes Property <br />approximately'/4 miles to the north of the mine in Section 7, Township 33 South, <br />Range 50 West, 6th pm. The well is located 234 feet from the North and 1288 feet <br />from the west of the Section Line. We have applied for a commercial well source <br />permit.
