• <br />Cotter Corporation PROCEDURE Number: 34 <br />Schwartzwalder Mine Page: 9 of 9 <br />Golden, Colorado WATER MONITORING Revision: 8 <br />Date: 08/01/2010 <br />3.3.3 Laboratory, Analysis <br />Samples are to be analyzed for dissolved and/or total phases of applicable analytical parameters as <br />indicated in Sections 3.0 and 3.1 by a qualified and State-accepted laboratory. Samples are assigned <br />a number which corresponds to a sample submittal form (Exhibit 2-5A). The form is used to <br />document the date and time of sample collection, sampler, and the requested analyses (attach Table <br />2 and reference this table in the analytical request section to insure that all applicable parameters are <br />ordered). Analytical results are reviewed by the RSO, forwarded for computer entry, and then filed in <br />the Environmental Department files. <br />If using a commercial laboratory, use the Chain of Custody (COCs) forms provided by the third-party <br />lab (attach Table 2 and reference this table in the analytical request section to insure that all <br />applicable parameters are ordered). <br />4.0 QA/QC <br />See RHS Procedure 1-7 "Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan." <br />5.0 Approvals <br />• Cotter Aooroval: Randy Whicker, Radiation Safety Officer, Schwartzwalder Mine <br />DRMS Approval: <br />•
