One copy of the document is not
bound so it can easily be electronically scanned. These documents include environmental
ground water monitoring data collected and compiled during our thirty-ninth quarter of
operations (June 2010). No solution mining activity occurred during the report period.
The ground water data summary report is spiral bound as a non-confidential document and
includes a comparison of the 39th operational quarter with baseline and operational
general statistics prior to the current reporting period. In addition, the tables provide
information for comparison of Ground Water Standards as provided in Regulation No. 41
and Numeric Protective Levels and Early Warning Indicators as amended in TR-4.
Comparison of the data values with the Early Warning Indicators (EWI) and the Numeric
Protective Levels (NPL) indicates no values above the calculated EWI or NPL during the
sample period. This information is summarized in the Executive Summary of the Ground
Water report.
No other activity regarding the production wells or the well field occurred during the report
period. Herbicide application for noxious weeds is ongoing and mechanical integrity
testing of the remaining production well strings is planned for 3rd Quarter 2010.
Should you have any questions or comments regarding this information, please contact me
at (970) 285-0428 or Celina Akin at (970) 285-0406.
Sincerely,
Delivering a Crystal Clear Advantage
www.americansoda.com
