Hays, Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Castle Rock Construction Company of Colorado LLC, Vick Borrow Pit, File No. M-2010-048 <br />Please be advised that Castle Rock Construction Company of Colorado LLC, whose address and telephone number are <br />6374 S. Racine , Centennial, CO 80111; (303) 688-6611, has filed a reclamation permit application to extract <br />construction materials with this office. The operation will be located at or near Section 33, Township 11 IS, Range 53W, <br />06th Prime Meridian, in Lincoln County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for August 17, 2010, providing all permit requirements have been met. <br />Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 9, 2010 to be considered in the application review process.
