PiMeda <br />Director <br />On July 6, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the DRMS on June 29, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Completion of Robinson Lake sediments removal project. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 16 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1977-493. These terns include a prohibition on excavation into native ground within 200 feet of the <br />upstream toe of the Robinson Lake Dam unless such excavation is specifically authorized by the Office of the <br />State Engineer (OSE). All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-493 remain in full force <br />and effect.
