Conclusion <br />Given all of the reasons and logic outlined above, the issues at Ralston Creek <br />and the Schwartzwalder Mine do not ht within the statutory and regulatory <br />provisions in the Reason to Believe Letter that are alleged to be a violation. <br />Cotter plans to present additional evidence and reasons showing that the <br />possible violation in the Reason to Believe Letter does not exist or, if found to <br />exist, has been corrected, including the rationale for why mine dewatering and <br />treatment is not appropriate, at the hearing now scheduled for July 12, 2010. <br />Thank you for considering the matters discussed in this letter.
