Pineda <br />Director <br />Dear Mr. Karo: <br />On July 28, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) approved the Technical Revision application <br />(TR-3) submitted to DRMS on July 14, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Removal of the performance standards for evaluating reclamation success from the Reclamation Plan. <br />The terms of TR-3 approved by DRMS are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1982-036.
