Wlr i?wa?+i <br />In Reply <br />Refer to: <br />CO-150 <br />3809.301 <br />COC-73095 <br />On July 17, 2010 this office received your correspondence regarding releasing five of <br />Yellowcake Mining's reclamation bond amounts related to the CDRMS NOIs #P - 2008 - 024, <br />025, 026, 035, 027, and 034 correlating to Yellowcake sites P- 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8. <br />We have reviewed our inspection reports and we concur with your findings that all reclamation <br />at these sites are completed to CDRMS and BLM standards. Therefore, the bond amount for <br />each of these respective NOIs can be obligated back into Yellowcake's statewide bond fund. <br />Please call BLM Geologist Robert Ernst at (970) 240-5305 if you have questions.
