Outfall 002A only flowed the first week of June. Outfall 003A flowed the last three
weeks of June. Outfall 005A/MON5/005W flowed each week of the period. Outfall 008A flowed the last week in June.
One exceedance was noted for 003A, which was the 7 day max for total suspended solids (TSS) (79 mg/L vs the permit limit
of 70 mg/L). This may be the result of sediment disturbance while attempting to gather a sampling. Note that the preceding
weekly sample result was 9 mg/L, and subsequent weekly samples results were 22, 29, 20, and 29 mg/L.
Although some sites did not flow in June, they did flow during portions of the second quarter of 2010. As these sites have
some quarterly reporting parameters, DMRs are enclosed for these outfalls listing the quarterly results, without
monthly/weekly entries for June because they did not flow in June. These include Outfalls 006A and 007A/MON7/007W.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were collected for analysis for Outfalls 005W and 007W during the period. The
tests indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory report).
The following certification is provided to verify that that the following the outfalls, did not discharge in June 2010. These
included Outfalls 004A (Pond C), 006A (Pond E),and 007A/007W/MON7 (all Pond F)
CERTIFICATION
l certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
