During the inspection a TCC generated Drainage Inspection Map was used to identify the ditch and culverts <br /> throughout the facilities area. All culverts in the main facilities area were in place and designed as permitted with <br /> no major damage and no maintenance issues noted with the exception of the following: <br /> The two eastern 18"culverts of the series of four 18"culverts where RDA-2 ditch flows under the RDA access <br /> road will require —1/2 of sediment clean out at the inlets in order to provide adequate flow as designed. <br /> The 12"CMP culvert located at the sump off of the Pond B which provides flow from the sump to Pond B will <br /> need to be cleared of a blockage at the inlet of the culvert in order to provide adequate flow as designed. <br /> The 24"CMP culvert providing flow from the B-3 ditch under the railway and into Pond B will require— 1/2 of <br /> sediment build-up to be cleared. <br /> The 8"CMP culvert located northeast of the Warehouse and connecting ditches E-4(A)and E-1(B)will need to be <br /> cleared of sediment build-up at the inlet. <br /> The large sediment basin south of Pond B which collects drainage from ditches B-2 before moving to Ditch B-3 <br /> will need cleaning to ensure adequate collection of runoff. <br /> The Collection Ditch along the railway south of Pond B (B-3)will require cleaning. <br /> Pond B,Pond D,Pond E and Pond F contained water at the time of the inspection. The embankments were stable <br /> and well vegetated with no problems noted with the exception of the following: <br /> The embankments of:Pond B displayed a substantial amount of Houndstounge which is a B List species on the <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
