• g. Identification of Discharges other than Stormwater: It is clearly understood that no discharges,
except stormwater, are allowed in the structures and systems described within this Stormwater
Management Plan. During inspections, it shalt be verified that no process water is inadvertently
discharging into the stormwater system. The only exception to this is any water deployed during fire
fighting activity.
5. Comprehensive Inspection: Venture Resources has selected Ryan J. Mellale, PE as their SWMP
Administrator. McHale is a registered CO Professional Engineer and the Company's Vice President overseeing
operations. McHale can be contacted at 303-619-6323 or ventureresourcesf7att_net. McHale will also be
responsible for conducting and maintaining the periodic inspections and reports outlined in this SWMP.
In the spring and fall of each year, a thorough inspection of all of the stormwater system components delineated
in the BMP's section shall be performed. Additionally, material storage and stockpile areas shall be inspected
for evidence of any potential pollutants entering the stormwater system. Erosion and sedimentation controls
shall also be inspected.
The results of these inspections shall be contained in the Annual Report.
6. Consistencv with Other Plans: Venture Resources has developed a very thorough operating and reclamation
plan with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) that can be found within the
permit documents of M-2009-076.
.7
