CORRECTION TO WRITTEN OBJECTION CONCERNING PHOTOGRAPHS
OF ANIMALS
COME NOW, Anna and Charles Sands, Marcia Jarvis and Ron Tinsley, Carol
and Jim Thalman, Roy and Betsy Gill, Bob and Betty Santee and Dale and Deanna
Hockett (collectively referred to herein as the "Neighbors"), by and through undersigned
counsel, and submit this Correction to Written Objection to Sand and Gravel Mining
Application for the Eagle Mountain Pit, and state as follows.
1. The Neighbors submitted a Written Objection in this matter on June 22,
2010, in which they objected to the Application for a Sand and Gravel Mining Application
for the Eagle Mountain Pit on several grounds.
2. With regard to wildlife, the Neighbors, in their Written Objection,
submitted photographs of animals which they believed to be lynx. The Neighbors have
communicated with the Colorado Department of Wildlife regarding these photographs,
and have been informed that the animals shown in these photographs are actually
bobcats. As such, the Neighbors clarify their Written Objection by noting to the Board
that the photos are pictures of bobcats, not lynx.
