After speaking with Shina duVall with the Colorado Historical Society <br />on the telephone, she gave me the intent of her letter. The letter states <br />that one cultural resource inventory has been conducted in the vicinity <br />and no historic properties are recorded. The applicant commits to <br />reporting any historical and/or archaeological artifacts that may be <br />discovered during the mining and processing to the Colorado Historical <br />Society. The applicant also commits to complying with State Law CRS <br />24.80 part 13 concerning the discovery of human remains. <br />b. In response to The Colorado Division of Water Resources Permit <br />Consideration, the following is a brief scope of work to be performed <br />under this Reclamation Mined Land Reclamation Board 112c Regular <br />Operation Permit. The post - mining use of this mine site will be a <br />Developed Water Resource (WR). The water storage reservoir will be <br />used to provide drinking water to the cattle that JBS FIVE RIVERS <br />CATTLE FEEDING LLC are feeding in the holding pens south of <br />Highway 50. The design of the lined pit has been completed and the firm <br />of ENVIRO -AG ENGINEERING, INC. has submitted all the <br />documentation required to the Colorado Division of Water Resources for <br />review and approval.
