This gravel pit is North of U.S. Highway 50. Please see attached Exhibit "A" for the <br />SITE PLAN MAP and Exhibit "B" for the VICIlUIT MAP. <br />This amt is to provide that JBS Five Rivers Cattle Feeding LLC can carry on normal <br />gravel mining activities within the property and within the MLRB Permit Boundary Line. It <br />also provides that any damage caused by the mining operation to your structim, equipment or <br />improvements, particularly the SECPA OVERHEAD POWER LINES will be compensated by <br />JBS Five Rivers Cattle Feeding LLC. This agreement is to comply with Rule 6.4.19 of the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Land Reclamation Board Rules and <br />regulations dealing with any adverse affect on any significant, valuable or permanent man -made <br />structure within 200 feet of die affected land. <br />This agreement shall be binding on the Heirs, Successors and assigns of JBS Five Rivers <br />Cattle Feeding LLC and the Permanent Man -Made Structure owner Southeast Colorado <br />Power Association ( SECPA). <br />
