PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Seneca Coal Company, 37796 Routt County Road 53, P.O. Box 670, Hayden, Colorado 81639, has filed with the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, a Technical Revision (No.49) to the Yoast Mine, Permit C-94- <br />082. This technical revision provides a request by the BLM to retain a permanent road across BLM property. <br />The general legal description of the Yoast Mine Permit Area is described as: <br />T6N, R87W <br />Section 28: Portions of NW/4, NW/4 SW/4, SW/4 NE/4 <br />Section 29: Portions of SEA <br />Section 32: Portions of NW/4 NE/4, W/2 E/2 <br />T5N, R87W <br />Section 5: Portions of W/2 E/2 <br />Section 8: Portions of NW/4, SW/4, W/2 NE/4, and W/2 SE/4 <br />Section 16: SW/4 NW/4, NW/4 SW/4. and Portions of SW/4 SW/4, <br /> NW/4 NW/4, SE/4 NW/4, NE/4 SW/4, and SW/4 SE/4 <br />Section 17: All <br />Section 18: NE/4 SE/4, S/2 SEA <br />Section 19: E/2 and portions of E/2 W/2 <br />Section 20: SW/4 NW/4, N/2 NW/4, W/2 SW/4 and Portions of N/2 NE/4 <br />Section 29: NW/4 NW/4 <br />Section 30: S/2 NW/4 <br />All west of the 6th Principal Meridian; totaling 2,318.3 acres. <br />Legal owners of record of the surface of the permit area are: <br />Carroll Family Land LLLP <br />Hallenbeck,.Dennis A. and Laurie L. <br />Hockett Fauns, Inc. <br />Patrick, John <br />Public Service Company of Colorado <br />Sage Creek Holdings LLC <br />20 We Sheep LLC <br />USA <br />The Yoast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles southeast of the Town of Hayden, Colorado. The USGS 7.5 Minute <br />Quadrangle Maps of Dunckley and Mt. Harris, Colorado, contain the described permit area.
