Client: Western Fuels CO-0000213 SCG Project No.: 310624 <br />Site: New Horizon Mine 007 <br />DISCUSSION <br />A failed test for this discharge occurs whenever there is a statistically significant <br />difference in lethality between the control and any effluent concentration <_ the 1WC (Instream <br />Waste Concentration) of 100%.
