There have
been no changes that would affect the planning approval process outlined in my letter of
March 29, 2009.
In terms of any subdivision or building permit, there have been no such applications received
by the County.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Robert
Robert J. I am trying to assess how far
along in the residential development process Oakridge property is in the area I have outlined
in bold black of Exhibit A of the attached Letter of Intent.
With the Letter of Intent in place, will the county approvals mentioned in your attached
letter of March 24, 2009 still be required prior to development in the area outlined?
Also, has La Plata County received in the last year either a county subdivision application
or a residential building permit for development within the area outlined?
1
