URS is <br />completing design for approximately eight interceptor wells and a series of I inch monitorin., piezometers. A <br />technical revision to incorporate the interceptor wells and monitoring network will be provided. <br />RFP for summer 2001 topsoil salvage operations in the tailing basin will be pre=pared in March 2001. DMG will <br />inspect site this spring to review topsoil stockpile locations and determine if additional permitting is necessary. <br />rTopuul oy be PjAs d into temporary windrows or placed in long-term stockpiles depending on cost and logistics. <br />DMG is concerned that salvage operations proceed such that poorer quality subsoil is not mixed with A-horizon <br />material. DMG will schedule inspection to observe topsoil salvage operations. <br />Henderson is proceeding to finalize a plan to accept delivery of biosolids for use as a reclamation soil amendment. <br />Will obtain permit from Health Department and TR with DMG. Currently looking at accepting only grade A, <br />composted material from the producer.
