The Minerals Management Service reports the leases are in good standing. <br />Therefore, pursuant to the regulations found at 43 CFR 3452, the relinquishments are accepted effective October 19, <br />2009, the date of the filing. <br />The period of liability under the following coal lease bonds; <br />Bond Number Serial Number Bond Amount <br /> <br /> <br /> $5,000 <br />having GCC Energy, LLC as principal and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company as surety may be terminated as <br />of the date of this decision. <br />The case file is closed effective the date of this decision and our records noted accordingly. <br />?
