M-1992-116.
However, there is also a coal permit up there: Oakridge Energy's Carbon Junction Mine, C-1992-080.
Any follow-up needed by staff to either of the operators?
From: Brown, Kirstin
Sent: Thursday, July 22, 2010 6:42 AM
To: Pickford, Kate; Erickson, Wally; Oswald, Robert
Subject: FW: more Fires and Mines
All,
Yesteday Denver got a call about Durango Fire cutting a lock into "one of our mines". I called and talked to Bob Harms
and he said that there was a wild fire on Ewing Mesa (not sure of spelling or location). I think the mine is a permitted mine
site with the Denver 303-866-3567 number on the sign. He seemed to think that it was a gravel mine.
Contact:
Bob Harms training captain at Durango fire.
