The rules state the reports need to be submitted to the <br />Division within.five days of our knowledge of an exceedance. We reported the exceedances with the <br />submittal of the Discharge Monitoring Reports July 28, 2008 to the Division. <br />MCC is currently working with the CDPOH&E-WQCD to understand what happened during 2"d and <br />third quarter 2008 at Outfall 017 and other administrative omissions reported on EPA's ECHO Web <br />site.
