Pineda
Director
M-1996-076, Approval
On July 13, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application
submitted to the Division on June 1, 2010, addressing the following:
Revise mine plan to increase the maximum allowed disturbance to 22.5 acres
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No.
M-1996-076. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1996-076 remain in full force and effect.
Staff calculations estimate the total cost to reclaim the site to be $66,300.00, a difference of $50,600.00 from the
currently held amount of $15,700.00. The estimate is based on the increased reclamation liability associated
with Technical Revision No. 1 and conditions observed during the most recent inspection. Mr. Rudy Fontanari
must submit and have accepted the Financial Warranty for the technical revision to the permit to become
active.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 970-241-2042.
Sincerely,
Travis H.
