File numbers of the <br />Prospecting Notices of Intent for the drill sites are P-2008-024, P-2008-025, P-2008-026, <br />P-2008-027, and P-2008-034. Mineral Prospecting Drill Hole Permanent Abandonment <br />Final Reports for all drill sites were previously submitted to your office on June 4, 2008. <br />1 suggest. Yellowcake Mining is in compliance with the requirements for completion <br />of reclamation at the DRMS-permitted drill sites listed above and request release of <br />respective financial warranties.
