You also <br />requested written verification from BLM regarding federal mining leases and/or federal surface access approval and <br />that the leases and/or agreements had been issued and final approval granted. <br />All of the federal coal leases and access as noted above have been issued and approved except for 160 acres related <br />to a recent coal lease modification application to federal coal lease COD036955. Bowie Resources, LLC applied for <br />the lease modification February 3, 2010. That coal lease modification application is currently being analyzed in an <br />environmental assessment (EA). The EA process is at the draft stage, and has no set date for completion. <br />The legal description of federal coal lease COD036955 modification application area is as follows: <br />T.13S.
