Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) issued a proposed decision for <br />Permit Renewal No. 5 on June 4, 2010. Two consecutive public notice's of the proposed decision <br />were published in the Steamboat Pilot and Today on June 13, 2010 and June 20, 2010. The June 13th <br />public notice initiated a thirty-day public comment period that parties having objections or concerns <br />could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were <br />received by the Division during the public comment period. The 30th day fell on Tuesday, July 13, <br />2010.
