Date: July 7, 2010
To: File No. C-1981-008
From: David Berry
Re: Transcript of voice mail recording received by David Berry at 303-866-3567 extension8106
Message received: July 7, 2010 at 7:28 a.m. from JoEllen Turner
Hi Mr. Berry, this is JoEllen Turner. Um we're going through some of this stuff at 2 o'clock this morning
and it was documented in 1993, from the United States Department of Agriculture that the Barx soils
were prime farmland soils and that property over there should even be put back as prime farmland.
And whenever ...um, Lance and them delivered that stuff to us on Friday, it says right in there when
they, when you asked them to demand to show proof of...that prime farmland negative determination,
they again put the 9 2 ninety-two letter of Dean Stint speaks for its self, which is illegal and in
appropriate. Anyway we need to meet with you; we need to meet with someone. Um, I guess if you
can't come here I guess tonight when I get off work I'm head up to Denver. Okay, Thank You, Bye.
