Ryan Sweetwood represented the <br /> operator during the field portion of the inspection and Kathy Welt represented the operator during the in-office <br /> records check.. <br /> Selected photographs taken during the inspection are attached to the end of this report. With the operator's <br /> consent,this report was issued from the Denver office of DRMS. <br /> The longwall machinery was being moved to panel E-2,having recently completed mining in panel E-1. The <br /> ground was dry throughout the site. <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17: <br /> A water truck was spraying for dust control on roads in the Main Surface Facilities areas. There were no <br /> dust problems. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All required records were available in the mine office(see attached records check list). The well- <br /> organized manner in which the operator maintains the records is commendable. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05;Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The discharge structures,embankments, and inslopes of the following four ponds appeared in good <br /> condition: SG-1 (outfall 014),MB-3 (outfall 005),wastewater plant(outfall 007), sediment trap M13-4 at the train <br /> loadout(outfall 008). <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br />
