parties will discuss at the pre-application meeting any on-the-ground work that Wildcat <br />Mining may conduct prior to issuance of the conversion permit but with the Division's <br />approval. If the Division approves on-the-ground activities prior to permit issuance, <br />such activities will constitute an exception to the cease and desist orders but only to the <br />extent such activities fall within the parameters of the Division's approval. <br />(7) The interim bond for the unpermitted road and other affected land at the Idaho Mill <br />site will remain in place until Wildcat Mining submits a new financial warranty for the <br />approved Conversion Application in an amount the Division establishes. Wildcat <br />Mining may apply the interim bond to the financial warranty required for the <br />conversion permit. <br />(8) The deadlines in prior Board Orders concerning the May Day Mine, the <br />Idaho Mill and the Idaho Mine are superseded by the deadlines stated in this Joint <br />Stipulation. <br />.
