If the Division approves on-the-ground activities prior to permit issuance,
such activities will constitute an exception to the cease and desist orders but only to the
extent such activities fall within the parameters of the Division's approval.
(7) The interim bond for the unpermitted road and other affected land at the Idaho Mill
site will remain in place until Wildcat Mining submits a new financial warranty for the
approved Conversion Application in an amount the Division establishes. Wildcat
Mining may apply the interim bond to the financial warranty required for the
conversion permit.
(8) The deadlines in prior Board Orders concerning the May Day Mine, the
Idaho Mill and the Idaho Mine are superseded by the deadlines stated in this Joint
Stipulation.
. WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request that the Board at its July 12, 2010,
meeting approve this Joint Stipulation.
Respectfully Submitted this 8t` Day of July, 2010.
j1^
CHERYL' A.
