Division of Water Resources, dated April 16, 2010. <br />The Division of Water Resources commented that the Water Commissioner should be kept informed <br />of all phases of mining and make sure that the conditions of Wildcat Mining's court-decreed <br />augmentation plan are upheld. <br />Wildcat Mining responds that existing water rights (Case No. 06CW91) have been dedicated to the <br />Idaho Mine and May Day Mine in strict accordance with Colorado Water Law. The court decree is <br />incorporated in the May Day Mine Permit application at Exhibit C-3.
