The CDRMS comment is provided, followed by MCC's italicized
response.
"9. Please submit an updated E Seam MDW Drilling map showing MDW E3-68 and its road."
MDW E3-68 will be drilled diagonally from the same road and location as approved MDW
E4-72.5 located in the northeast quarter of Section 2. The enclosed map shows the
bottomhole location of E3-68 on the section line of Sections 2 and 35. Also, the two
polygons originally approved within the inventoried roadless boundary (per PR-14) that are
no longer planned to be used (that included MDWs E3-67.5 and E3-71 through 73) have
been removed from the map.
Please feel free to contact me should you have further comments or questions regarding this
submittal.
Sincerely,
et" ?4y
Kathleen G.
