Enclosed are two copies of American Soda's 2009 - 2010 Annual Reclamation and Mining
Report in compliance with Hard Rock Mining Operation Permit No. M-99-002. One copy of
the document is not bound. These documents include information regarding disturbance
that has occurred to date, disturbance envisioned for the next reporting period and
reclamation accomplished to date and planned for the next reporting period. No map is
included with this submittal as no new disturbances or reclamation have occurred,
therefore no new changes to the previous year's map are necessary. Also included are
the signed certification form, and a check for $1,150 to cover the annual fees.
