An <br />Acreage_ Reduction request mailed July 6, 2010 had incorrect acreage delineated._ The <br />acreage in this letter is the correct request. Lafarge requests a reduction to our <br />performance and financial warranty for the Nelson Pit, M-1974-070 per the remaining <br />areas illustrated attached map. We submit this in accordance with Rule 4.17 of the <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. All internal <br />lakes and earthwork are requested to be released. All roads, even those within the areas <br />not under release review are requested to be released. All lakes are to be released. <br />All applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied. This <br />property has been reclaimed according to the Reclamation Plan and subsequent Technical <br />Revisions.
