The Board granted the Operator's request and extended the corrective action due date to rune 7, 2010. 6. On May 26, 2010, the Operator requested a hearing to request another 60-day extension of the corrective action due date. The Operator wrote that due to a major computer system crash all the Peters Pit documentation was irretrievably lost. The 60-day extension would require the Operator to submit the conversion application by August 6, 2010. 7. The Division does not object to the Operator's request. 8. It is appropriate and within the Board's discretion to grant an extension of time. ORDER Based on the foregoing, the Board grants the Operator's request for an extension to August 6, 2010 to submit its conversion application as directed in the January 2010 Order.
