Is MDW E3-72 proposed to be eliminated from the MDW drilling plan? Your previously
submitted "TR-121 Project Details" shows E3-72 as eliminated, but item 4 of your letter of
June 11, 2010 shows this MDW as planned for drilling in 2010.
8. When USFS right-of-entry becomes final, please submit an updated "TR-121 Project Plan"
showing the correct right-of-entry document. The previously submitted plan shows Ryan
Taylor's email as providing right-of-entry, but Levi Broyle's letter of May 24, 2010
indicates the email did not provide right-of-entry.
9. Please submit an updated copy of the E-Seam MDW Drilling map that shows the following
MDWs: E2-15.5,11.5, and 8.
10. A copy of DRMS's reclamation cost estimate for TR-121 is attached, indicating approval of
TR-121 will result in an increase in MCC's actual liability to $14,178,487.
Sincerely,
f IC4-,
Tom Kaldenbach
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Daniel I.
