Wagner <br />701 Market St. <br />St. Louis, M063101-1826 <br />Decision <br />Partial Relinquishment of Coal Lease COC-88199 Accepted <br />www.co.blm.gov <br />May 13, 2010 <br />On March 11, 2010, Sage Creek Holdings, LLC filed a letter partially relinquishing Federal coal lease <br />COC-88199. <br />The Little Snake Field Office (LSFO) staff has determined that the acceptance of this partial <br />relinquishment will not impair the public interest. They have determined that the partial relinquishment <br />will not affect the obligations of the lessee or the terms of the lease. The Minerals Management Service <br />reports the lease is in good standing.
