The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on June 8, 2010, a minor revision application
(MR-63) to the Seneca H Mine, Permit No. C-1980-005, operated by Seneca Coal Company, LLC,
37796 Routt County Road 53, Hayden, CO 81639 was considered complete for the purposes of filing.
This minor revision application presents water quality data for Stock Pond T-8 at Seneca II Mine to
support request for retention as a permanent structure. All reviews and comment periods as provided
in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
