These stakes <br /> outline the gas drilling pad that will be constructed in the next year. This pad may also touch Area 23,which is <br /> part of SL-05. The gas company has not converted survey drawings into a format that can be used to make a site <br /> map with this drilling pad. This map will be part of any revision submittal related to this area. <br /> CEC continues to dispose of ash in Pit B. CEC will continue to place ash on the lower lift until they reach the <br /> northern extent of the B pit. During the inspection a truck dumped a load of ash,and a scraper pushed an ash load <br /> into the pit. No problems were observed with the pit or the ash disposal area. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03❑❑Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)❑❑Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)❑❑Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5)and(6)❑❑Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The access and haul road to Pit B are in good condition and well graded. Some standing water was <br /> observed on the road at the"Arizona crossing"near Sediment Pond#2 due to 56/100"of rain in the previous 24 <br /> hours.
