Comment #63 stipulates that maps showing the correct disturbed area boundary be
submitted within 30 days of the permit approval becoming final.
Map 3.02.2 M1, Bond Release Status, Map 2.05.3 M1A Mine Facilities Map (South End) and
Map 2.05.3 M1B (North End) were revised to show the adjusted surface facilities disturbance
boundary requested by CDRMS and submitted as a part of the adequacy response package sent
on March 16, 2010. The disturbance boundary has been removed from the enclosed maps in
order to reduce map production related to possible future revisions to the permit.
Copies of the revised maps have also been sent to the following agencies: BLM (Little Snake
Field Office, NRCS (Steamboat Springs), USACOE (Grand Junction) and OSM (Denver).
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me as soon as possible.
Sincere ,
B.
