Dudash,Joe
From: Dudash, Joe
Sent: Thursday, July 08, 2010 9:09 AM
To: 'jestover@bresnan.net'
Cc: Boulay, Mike
Subject: Bowie No. 2 PR-12 Site Reactivation
During the Division's adequacy review for PR-12, both Mike Boulay and I noted that the surface and groundwater
monitoring tables for Bowie No. 1 listed monitoring sites that would be reactivated if mining was resumed in the eastern
portion of the Bowie No. 1 permit area. Mike brought this up in his question no. 51 so I did not ask it again in any of my
questions.
In the June 1, 2010 response letter from Bowie, that portion of question no. 51 was not answered. I forgot that question
no. 51 involved both surface and groundwater issues. In Bowie's next response to question no. 51, please also reply to
the issue of reactivation of surface and groundwater monitoring sites. Thanks!
