Section 2.04.12 Prime Farmland Investigation <br />32. Similar to the comments concerning soils and vegetation, eventually, BRL will need to address a prime <br />farmland demonstration when surface disturbances are proposed for the west mine expansion area. <br />BRL noted the comment. <br />Section 2.05.2 Estimated Area for Life of Operation <br />33. Please update the acreages listed on revised page 2.05-1. <br />Acreages were added to revised page 2.05-3 of the June 1, 2010 submittal. However, lease C-27443 <br />needs to be changed to C-27432 in the table. Please revise the table accordingly. <br />Section 2.05.3 Operation Plan <br />34. On revised pages 2.05-15 and 2.05-21, reference is made to the Quonset but and Map 42. Please <br />remove the reference'to Map 42 since TR-66 has been withdrawn. <br />This issue is resolved. Page 2.05-15 was revised appropriately in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />35. Please remove references to the Terror Creek shaft and escape system on revised page 2.05-21 since <br />TR-66 was withdrawn. <br />This issue is resolved. The reference was removed from revised page 2.05-21 in the June 1, 2010 <br />submittal. <br />36. In the last paragraph on revised page 2.05-48, please explain why the statement is made that drill hole <br />BRL-1-03-01 might also be known as BRL-04-01. <br />BRL responded that this statement was deleted. However, the June 1, 2010 submittal did not contain a <br />revised page 2.05-48. Please submit this revised page. <br />37. The Active Monitoring Wells Completion Summary Table that is currently provided in the PAP on page <br />2.05-83 appears to have been removed from the permit text. This table contains critical information that <br />needs to be retained in the permit document. Please ensure that this table is updated for the revised <br />groundwater monitoring plan if needed and reincorporated into the PAP. <br />This issue is resolved. In the June 1, 2010 submittal, BRL supplied page 2.05-1251. <br />Section 2.05.5 Postmining Land Uses <br />38. In the second paragraph on revised page 2.05-85, please update the disturbed area acreage range. <br />This issue is resolved. Page 2.05-85 was revised accordingly in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />39. In the next to the last paragraph on revised page 2.05-85, please update the second sentence to <br />acknowledge that land other than that owned by the applicant has also been disturbed.
