Page 2.05-159 was revised accordingly in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />Other Agency Adequacy Review Questions <br />87. In a letter dated March 31, 2010, the Division forwarded to BRL a comment letter from the Colorado <br />Historical Society (CHS) dated March 22, 2010. In their letter, the CHS requested additional <br />information on the effects of subsidence on three historic properties. The concerns of the CHS are part <br />of this adequacy review. <br />In the cover letter for the June 1, 2010 submittal, BRL stated that they would perform field <br />work in June that would respond to CHS's concerns. The results of the field work will be <br />forwarded to the Division when available. <br />New Adequacy Review Question <br />88. Please clarify the status of the bench piezometers at the East Mine.
