As per your instructions, I reviewed the materials specific to the Rules and <br />questions No. 57, 59, and 66. <br />.57. Response accepted. Text added to page 2.05-137. <br />59. The Pitkin Mesa pipeline is "property" and will be <br />subsided with a worst case consequence of separation and/or disruption of the <br />delivery of water. The owner of this structure requires notification in exact <br />accordance with Rule 4.20.2.
