Dear Connie,
The Division received your request for an extension of the corrective action due date required for the Platte
Valley Operation form the May 13th, Z 10 inspection. We received the Technical Revision required for one of
the problems cited. The remaining problem to be addressed is listed below:

accordance with Rule 3.1.5 (9). imported and backfilled at the site as outlined
in the body of the report.
2.) For the drilling fluid backfilled at the
site, please submit the Materials Safety Data
Sheet (MSDS) for this substance if available,
and/or submit the results of the analysis
conducted for the CDPHE to determine if the
drilling fluid/daylight mud is inert.
Per your request, the corrective action has been extended to July 30th, 2010.
