Dorado Pl., Ste. 210 <br />Englewood, CO 80111 <br />Re: Schwartzwalder Mine, Permit No. M-1977-300, Approval for Technical Revision No. 13 <br />Dear Mr. Gaviotis: <br />COLORADO <br />D I V I S I ON OF <br />RECLAMATION <br />MINING <br />SAFETY <br />On July 1, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on June 28, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Interim water treatment system at sump # 1 <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 13, as approved by the Division, are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977- <br />300. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-300 remain in full force and effect. <br />The current financial warranty for this site is $104,082.52. The estimated reclamation liability amount for this revision is <br />$5,000.00. Therefore, the new reclamation liability amount for this site is $109,082.5. Updates to the financial warranty <br />can be accomplished by submitting a rider to the existing financial warranty or by submitting a separate financial <br />warranty in the amount of $5,000.00.
