The inspection reports for the
individual sites are enclosed. The inspectors note that all earthwork and hole reclamation has been
completed. Revegetation of the sites is observed as being equal to or better than the surrounding area
in diversity and density.
DRMS is recommending to Yellowcake that the proper paperwork be submitted for full release of the
sites. A copy of Rule 4.16 is enclosed describing the required information needed in a release request.
Please note Yellowcake must submit the request within 60 days of this letter otherwise DRMS must re-
inspect the sites.
The only issue is a bag of concrete left at hole P-1001. Yellowcake must include photo documentation
of the removal of the debris for P-2008-024 to be released. While it may seem trivial, the bag is
considered prospecting related debris and is the responsibility of Yellowcake.
If you need additional information please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety,
Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, or by telephone
no. 970.241.1117.
Sincerely,
?-?
G.
