Given that Denison still wishes to revise the permit status but has not
finished certain onsite clean-up activities that are needed in order to adequately prepare the site for
temporary cessation, this office improves the request for extension.
The decision date will be reset to August 30, 2010. Please respond to the adequacy items requested in the
Division's June 1, 2010 letter before that date. If additional time is needed to prepare and submit responses,
please send another request to extend the decision date. All response materials should be submitted in
duplicate, directly to me at the Division's Durango field office: 691 CR 233, Room A-2, Durango, CO
81301.
Sincerely,
V.,
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
C: Steve Shuey, DRMS .
James Blair, BLM, Dolores office
(c:\10-06 docs\sunday tc02 ext appr/rco)
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
