The updated map should include the "pre-law roads" but current mining uses of them should be shown. The sediment ponds and discharge pipe should be included also. The reclamation must have post-mining topography depicted on it, though it does not currently include this information. This map must be improved and resubmitted. Other Items All notices were correctly worded and properly filed, published and mailed. No adverse comments received from the public, though two agencies provided comments (copies of those comments are attached hereto). Adequacy Responses Please provide responses to all adequacy issues identified in this review letter. Responses should be received here at least several days prior to the decision date to allow the Division sufficient time to review them. Submittals should include two copies of all responses, especially oversize maps. All response materials may be submitted directly to me at the Durango field office (see address below). Just as the original application materials were filed for public review at the county clerk's office, so too should all additional materials be timely filed, and a receipt obtained for the filing. The receipt(s) for filing all subsequent submittals must be received by this office prior to the decision date.
